Gabriel “Gabe” Kossol is the owner and lead hearing specialist at Shasta Hearing Aids, where he is dedicated to delivering patient-centered care that truly reflects the practice’s motto: “What Quality Care Sounds Like.” Known for his warm approach, attention to detail, and deep commitment to improving lives, Gabe has built a practice focused on education, empowerment, and long-term hearing health.

In addition to his work in hearing healthcare, Gabe is also the founder of New Mountain Outfitters, where his passion for the outdoors and wildlife management has grown into a respected guiding and outfitting business. Whether helping someone reconnect with loved ones through better hearing or helping clients experience the beauty of Northern California’s wilderness, Gabe is driven by service, integrity, and a desire to create meaningful experiences.

Gabe and his wife Krista live in Redding with their four daughters, who inspire his work every day. Family, faith, and community remain at the heart of everything he does—both in the clinic and in the field.
