You may recall the co-worker I mentioned, whom I seldom could understand what he was saying. I purposely walked into his office (with my new hearing aids in place) and asked him a question which I knew would take a fairly lengthy verbal response. I could hear and understand every word he said. His voice is soft but every word was clear to my hearing. I am so thankful that I chose to schedule an 'information gathering' appointment with you. I am extremely impressed with your knowledge and expertise and appreciate that you shared so much of your time educating me."
